Senior Patient Hospitality Assistant
About the role
- Permanent, full time position (80 hours / 10 shifts per fortnight)
- Take control of our high quality dining experience!
This is a hospitality role like no other! We’re looking for someone who has an exceptional eye for detail, who understands that presentation is key to a luxury experience and wants to ensure our patient’s needs are met beyond expectation. If you’re looking for a change in direction in the hospitality industry, this could be your chance to do something new!
You’ll join a small team who cover 7 days a week and we’re looking to appoint someone to take a senior position who will have a few extra responsibilities such as taking control of stock ordering, overseeing the day to day functions of the wider team and ensuring the service to our patients is second to none.
You’ll need to be someone who can work unsupervised and be willing to go the extra mile for our patients and staff. We’re a small team so your willingness to jump in and do whatever is required to ensure a smooth patient journey is essential.
Full training will be given so if you don’t have experience, don’t worry – we’re more interested in finding staff with a positive attitude and are caring and compassionate. There is a reasonable element of computer work involved in the role so someone who is a little tech savvy will enjoy this new challenge. We’d love to hear from anyone, at any stage in their career who is truly focused on Making it Better.
