Our Core Assessment provides a 30 minute overview of your essential health parameters. This assessment is ideal for younger people in good health who wish to engage in proactive health care early.

01 | Pre-assessment questionnaire
After completing a pre-assessment questionnaire detailing any previous illnesses you’ve suffered, or issues that run in the family. It gives us a feel for your health history before we go further.

02 | Baseline Medical
During a 30 minute nurse consultation baseline observations will be made including heart rate, blood pressure, height and weight. Blood tests can also be taken to screen for for diabetes and cholesterol levels to give a more in-depth overview of your health.

03 | Review and Health Plan
Following your assessment you will be provided with a report card outlining any health risks identified and lifestyle advice.

Our Essential Assessment provides a concise overview of your health parameters. Sixty minutes with our independent nursing team will have your key health risks identified. You will receive a tailored report and lifestyle advice.

01 | Pre-assessment questionnaire
After completing a pre-assessment questionnaire detailing any previous illnesses you’ve suffered, or issues that run in the family. It gives us a feel for your health history before we go further.

02 | Baseline Medical
During a 60 minute nurse consultation baseline observations will be made including heart rate, blood pressure, height and weight, vision, urine dipstick, heart/lung/abdominal examination. Point of care blood tests will be taken to screen for for diabetes and cholesterol levels with a Cardiovascular risk assessment to give a more in-depth overview of your health.

03 | Review and Health Plan
Following your assessment you will be provided with a report card outlining any health risks identified and lifestyle advice.

The complete view of all your key health indicators. Taking approximately 2 hours over one to two visits, we’ll conduct a full assessment and discuss a detailed plan to manage your health.

02 | Baseline Medical
One of our nurses will conduct a baseline medical followed by a resting ECG and lung function test (spirometry). They’ll also take blood and urine tests. This helps build a clear picture of your current health condition.

03 | Review and Health Plan
After your assessment, you’ll have an appointment with a doctor who will conduct a thorough examination, review and explain your assessment results and discuss a 12 month health management plan, which may include further investigations.

Once you’ve completed the Benchmark Assessment, our team will spend 30 minutes with you to assess your core body strength, giving you a plan to maximise your mobility and physical health for the long-term.

03 | Core Body Strength Assessment
You’ll spend an extra 30 minutes to assess your core body strength, giving you a plan to maximise your mobility and physical health for the long-term. Targeted exercise programmes can help prevent falls and fractures.

04 | Review and Health Plan
After your full assessment, you’ll have an appointment with a doctor who will conduct a thorough examination, review and explain your assessment results and discuss a 12-month health management plan, which may include further investigations.

Up to date health information is recorded in a report supported by healthy lifestyle advice, personalized for each employee. Employers receive a summary report with a broad perspective of employees’ health status.
